    BOSTON, May 12, 2009 --- In an ongoing effort to keep participating lenders and community organizations up to date with the SoftSecond Loan Program, MHP is announcing today updated income limits for 2009 and changes to its guidelines.

    BOSTON, Feb. 27, 2009 --- Beginning April 1, 2009, a new enhanced version of SoftSecond can be used by qualified homebuyers looking to purchase foreclosed condominiums, single-family, two-family and three-family homes in neighborhoods hardest-hit by foreclosure.

Lang joined with representatives from Bank of America and MHP to congratulate first-time homebuyer Noah Griffith, who bought a rehabilitated three-family property with a SoftSecond loan.

    WORCESTER, Aug 27, 2008 --- Saint-Gobain's manufacturing and research and development operations in Worcester and Northboro is the latest employer to join MassWorks, the new employer-assisted mortgage program designed to help first-time homebuyers afford homes near to where they work.
